Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) was founded by the Palkhivala Foundation to preserve the values and ideals of Mr. Palkhivala, the renowned jurist, orator, author, diplomat and a statesman of exemplary character. The NPAC aims to provide a world-class facility for arbitral proceedings as well as making it a centre of excellence in institutional arbitration in India. In its endeavour to provide opportunities for interaction amongst professionals and academicians in the field of Arbitration, NPAC is conducting an International Conference on “Current Issues in Domestic and International Arbitration” on February 18, 2017 at Shangri-La's - Eros Hotel, 19 Ashoka Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, India. We, at the NPAC, would like to invite you to participate in the Conference and make positive contribution towards understanding the growth of Arbitration Law.
Objective
The conference hopes to provide a platform to discuss emerging challenges and solutions to vexing problems in the arbitration regime.

We have managed to put up a decent list of speakers and panelists, starting with Former CJI Justice Mr. M. N. Venkatachaliah, Justice Mr. A. P. Shah, Mr. Fali Nariman, Mr. Arun Jaitley (chief guest), Justice Dr. Muralidhar (Delhi High Court), Ms. Indu Malhotra and Mr. Gourab Banerjee and amongst the foreign speakers leading the list is Mr. Steven P. Finizio, Partner Wimer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr, Mr. David Wolfson QC, Mr. Baiju Vasani, Partner Jones Day to name a few.
