1st NLIU-Justice R.K. Tankha International Moot Court Competition, 2016

In the fond memory of Late Justice R.K. Tankha, National Law Institute University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India (NLIU, Bhopal) for the first time organizing R. K. Tankha International Moot Court Competition, 2016.

Previously, the national edition of the NLIU-Justice R. K. Tankha National Moot Court Competition has gained repute and recognized as a moot that had guaranteed quality competition and insightful judging throughout the 5 editions.

The quality of participation has  encouraged organizing committee  to base the competition on International Law and invite international participation.

26th February to 28th February, 2016

THEME

1. R.K. Tankha International Moot Court Competition, 2016 will be based on a Compromise and the participants will test participants on aspects of International Commercial Arbitration which has proven to be a challenging and interesting field of law keeping in mind the recent developments.

TIME SCHEDULE

1. The Compromise   -                       10th Novemeber, 2015
2. Rules and Registration Forms   -10th Novemeber, 2015.
3. Registration -                                   15th November, 2015.
