      Mehra: Our officers are working dah and night and report to the LG, so Centre is aware of what is happening in real time minute to minute. So to say today and cast aspersions, when we are doing everything we can to provide beds and even cylinders.

      Mehra: This was the purpose and the direction was very specific. Not a single word on anything else. The entire proceeding today did not have a word on this.

      Mehra: What they have done is that they are trying to wriggle out of 700.

      Mehra: Okay, the scope says that Centre will place allocation plan and not a long affidavit.

      Mehra: In case at 9AM, we haven’t touched 300, there is no way we will be close to 500 or 700. This is the issue. I will take you you through yesterday’s order. The scope of the proceedings today was clearly enunciated. An endeavour has been made to reopen the 30 April order.

      Mehra: We have communicated several times that there was double accounting. Now have a look at the next chart. This is at 9AM today, we’ve already received 183 MT and under transit is 16.32. I’m only flagging this. Since a lot of oxygen has been stated, which has not be allocated

      Mehra lists out the allocation done by various tankers. 


      Mehra: There is additional supply from Reliance, Jamnagar. On 4th May, we got 80 MT and yesterday, 103. There is also Linde Faridabad. This is typically the allocation and the receipt.
