The Delhi High Court is organising yoga classes in connection with the upcoming International Yoga Day on June 21.

The officers and staffs of Delhi High Court are participating in the classes, which are being conducted on the ground floor hall of the extension block. The classes started on June 9.

Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal inaugurated the function in the presence of Justice PS Teji and Justice C Harishankar. The classes will conclude on the 21stof this month.

Justice Mittal reportedly said yoga could be done anywhere and simple breathing exercises could be done even while sitting on the office chair, and it would be instrumental in relieving the stress in which the officers are working.
