Senior Advocate Narvoz Seervai, Bombay High Court will speak on the issue  "Patriarchy, Misogyny & Sexual Assault: Women And The Courts ". followed by a Q& A Session.

The session would be moderated by Advocate Gulnar Mistry. 

Navroz Seervai is a Senior Advocate at the Bombay High Court. Seervai has been a lawyer for 40 years, and active in the fields of environment and civil liberties.

Gulnar Mistry is a litigator at the Bombay High Court. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Bombay and Master of Laws from Columbia University, which she attended as an Inlaks Scholar. Her work includes matters relating to environment laws, intellectual properly law and constitutional law.
