Supreme Court Collegium Recommends 3 Lawyers, 3 Judicial Officers For Elevation As Rajasthan HC Judges, Reiterates One Name

The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 1 st September 2021 has approved the proposal for elevation of the following Advocates as Judges in the Rajasthan High Court:

1. Shri Ganesh Ram Meena,

2. Shri Sudesh Bansal, and

3. Shri Anoop Dhand.

Additionally, the Collegium has also approved the proposal for elevation of the following Judicial Officers as Judges in the Rajasthan High Court:

1. Shri Uma Shankar Vyas,

2. Shri Vinod Kumar Bharwani, and

3. Shri Madan Gopal Vyas.

The Collegium has reiterated the name of Shri Farzad Ali (presently an Advocate).
