How can you? .........we can grant , but only in very rare situations....why did you not come up with this application in March? why on 26th April ? please read out prayer B...we are trying to ascertain whether at all we should grant you relief

J Datta: today is a suit is filed, then there are subsequent developments, if the court feels that these developments are to be applied then what is the procedure? is it different for WPs
J Datta: what is the nexus between 2019 and 2024 application? why didn't you file a separate WP?

Maninder : this WP is 4 years old, filed in 2019....was it permissible for you (ADR) to file an application on a judgment where you are a party....the trust is to be strengthen in the election process, not to be punctured
Maninder: the ECI, take steps on its own wherever it thinks fit, it came to the conclusion that these applications are merely apprehensions

Maninder : why should this application be entertained? all the canons of law being put aside - resjudicata, delay in filing etc
Maninder submits that the present application is only based on apprehension and suspicion which are misplaced grounds as already decided in the EVM -VVPAT judgement.
