NEET PG 2023 Postponement : Live Updates From Supreme Court Hearing

The Bench categorically stated that it is not passing any order either way and keeping the issue open till the next date of hearing. 

The Bench asked NBE to come up with certain information and a solution. Accordingly, it adjourned the hearing till Monday (27th February, 2023). 

Justice Bhat: From a macro-perspective it (postponement) seems very easy. But it is not like that.

Justice Bhat: In normal course you had to wait for months. Now you have got a chance.

GS: We are saying that they should co-ordinate henceforth. 

Rohatgi: My Ld. Friend can come back next week.

Justice Bhat:Keep it on Monday.We want an answer what is a solution is this. We are not saying any we are postponing. We are not passing orders either way, we are keeping it open.
