      Dwivedi: These were their two prayers. That the events created likelihood of bias and they were obstructionist. The charge of obstruction amounts to S. 186 and 187 of IPC.

      Dwivedi: Why our Counter became necessary is - though the question raised by CBI is one to transfer matter to HC and the second is the incidents which happened at the CBI office.

      Dwivedi: They are the reasons for transfer also. On account of presence of people and crowds, the impression that will go is that the Special Judge will grant bail on account of their presence.

      Dwivedi: On 2 June, an additional affidavit was filed by CBI. On 3, the SG finished his arguments. Then one of the Respondents Mr. Kalyan Banerjee filed his personal affidavit which has not been rejected.

       Dwivedi: On 4,5,6 there was no sitting. The State filed the Counter on 7. We filed it on 9th morning.

      Dwivedi: The HC had stated that they would first decide the four applications of the accused.

      Bench: We want all the orders as well.

      Dwivedi: We were impleaded right from the beginning. There were also four applications filed by four accused. We were in the Application filed by CBI

      Dwivedi: On 9 when impugned order was passed, one accused had finished submissions.

      Dwivedi: We filed Counters on 7 and 9 June. The State filed on 7, and we filed on 9. I am representing CM and Law Minister.

       Dwivedi: Without going into merits of the matter, I will confine myself to admission part. This is a case where effective hearing began on 31 May.
