Singhvi: It has to be specific to the accused, not general. There must be specific allegation towards the accused. There must be something regards the specific allegation to establish guilt of the accused.

Singhvi: Ashish Mittal- only when the prosecution is able to cross that threshold satisfactorily, then it will move to the accused...Allegations cannot be reason enough to keep the accused behind the bars...
