Dave refers to Section 343: you have destroyed homes, who should be held accountable? They are poor people! Come to any colony in south delhi including golf links,every second house has unauthorised construction. You don’t want to destroy that

Dave: please turn to section 343. Even otherwise court has dealt with this, right to life is right to shelter. You cant remove people without notice. This is precisely what we are against, Law of the Jungle

Dave refers to Delhi Municipality Act and definition of encroachment: our houses and shops are all 30 yrs old. We are in a constitutional society! How can this bhi permitted at all.
