Agarwal: I am not saying that I should be exonerated on this basis, but kindly consider that at the end of the day, there is a possibility that I may get away with merely a fine.

Agarwal: There is also a provision in Section 124A itself where the punishment is only a fine - i.e. a rap on the knuckle.
