Raju: They panicked and deleted. If there was nothing wrong, they wouldn't have deleted parts of the Toolkit, WhatsApp chats, etc.

Raju: They have systematically deleted evidence that's why now we have also added S.201.

Raju: There are Khalistani elements who say that the flag is to be hoisted. There is another PJF, which said the Toolkit was supposed to be created, shared.

Raju: I must also point out that this was initially meant to be circulated amongst few persons on social media, and after it got leaked on social media, they deleted many parts.
