ASG: This is not a simple Toolkit, if one were to look at the background, it would be clear that these are persons connected to the Khalistani movement - one is presumed to know this.

ASG: Then they tell that in case of any help required they can reach out to the Foundation. So it is not a simple document created by a simple NGO.

ASG: Your Honour, please look at the circumstances. They associate themselves with persons connected to Khalistan. They spread documents, linked to a Toolkit, which create hatred against India.

ASG: Your Honour would need to look at this in that background. It is not merely asking people to come to Delhi.

Court: This is infact what my query is. Is there any evidence, or are we required to merely work on surmises, conjectures?

Court: What is the link between the toolkit and Jan 26 violence?

ASG: In a conspiracy, everyone may not have an equal role. Our point is that through this, those connected to the Khalistani movement were instigated.
