      Hegde: The decisions taken are not even a decision, much less a reasoned one. The only observation made is that the features of the proposed Parliament should be in sync with the present Parliament. It’s vague and open to misinterpretation.

      Hegde is now taking the Court through the timeline of the initiation of the Central Vista project. He also states that the project was taken up during the lockdown and there is opacity in the reasons given for the go-ahead.
