Arvind Kejriwal's Challenge To HC's Stay On Bail : Live Updates From Supreme Court Hearing

Singhvi : The learned judge (of HC) prejudges the matter at 10.30 because an order is passed to stay without giving reasons. We had given a compilation of 10 judgments of SC that bail once granted cannot be stayed without special reasons.

Chaudhari : This is a discretionary order passed by the trial court for a person who was released by this Hon'ble Court.
