Raju: Sometimes what happens is when the IO calls a witness and he says I don't know anything. It doesn't mean the first statement is wrong. When he is confronted with material and says I was wrong.

It is not necessary that first and second statements have to be correct. Asli cheez is the matter of trial. It's for the IO to decide. Accused can't decide. They don't name him doesn't mean it's exculpatory. I'm learning criminal law for the first time.

Raju: Contrary to the record and order. They don't even read order and file petition. Or is this to mislead the court?

There was fresh material and fortunately the court recorded it in its order.

He has made a false statement in the synopsis that the last statemt is of August 2023. Totally false statement. We recorded statements even thereafter.

Raju: All this cash payments to large number of persons were done in cash. That cash is not accounted for in the books of accounts.

Even the candidate of AAP has accepted this. He said I was given cash. Therefore we have located the money trail. Money can't be found but that doesn't mean money laundering offence didn't take place.
