    The CBI will produce Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today before Delhi's Rouse Avenue Courts in relation to the liquor policy case.

    Kejriwal was granted bail by trial court in ED case which has been stayed by Delhi High Court yesterday. 

    Matter will be heard by vacation judge Amitabh Rawat of Rouse Avenue Courts.

    The Supreme Court will also hear today Arvind Kejriwal's petition challenging the June 21 order of Delhi HC staying his bail. It may be noted that yesterday (June 25), the Delhi HC passed the final order staying the bail, which is yet to be challenged.

    A bench of Justices Manoj Misra and SVN Bhatti will hear.

      Judge presides.

      CBI's counsel informs court that Kejriwal has been arrested.

      CBI's counsel takes the court through the facts of the case and Kejriwal's alleged involvement.

      Meanwhile, in the Supreme Court, Sr Adv AM Singhvi sought to withdraw the petition filed against the June 21 stay order passed by the Delhi High Court. This is to file a fresh petition challenging the June 25 order pronounced by the Delhi High Court giving detailed reasons to stay the bail order passed by the trial court in the money laundering case.

      Granting liberty to file a fresh petition, a vacation bench of Justices Manoj Misra and SVN Bhatti dismissed the petition as withdrawn.

      Court: Let them examine him... He says you can have access to the copies by way of certified copies. I will give you the entire set but they will examine him. That's a different thing.

      Court: Application for examination and interrogation was filed. It was allowed. Yesterday they moved application for production warrants. Production warrants were issued for today.
