NLUD-INSOL International Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition

The Centre for Transnational Commercial Laws at National Law University, Delhi in collaboration with INSOL India and the Society of Insolvency Practitioners of India, and with the support of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India is organizing the International Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition from 26^th to 29^th October, 2017.

The Tentative Schedule for the Moot is as follows:

• Announcement of the Competition: 28th April, 2017


• Release of Moot Problem and Commencement of Registration: 1st June, 2017


• Last Date for Registration: 1st September, 2017


• Last date for seeking Clarifications on the Problem: 1st September, 2017


• Date of Release of Clarifications: 8th September, 2017


• Last Date for Memorial Submission: 2nd October, 2017


• Oral Rounds: 26-29th October, 2017
