NLU Delhi Announces AILET 2019 B.A.LL.B. Results

National Law University, Delhi has announced the results for the B.A. LL.B. course, conducted through a national level entrance examination called the All India Law Entrance Examination.
The 90-minute long examination was conducted across the country on 5th May 2019 and tested the candidates on English, General Knowledge, Legal Aptitude, Reasoning and Mathematics.
Nearly 19000 candidates competed for 73 seats. In addition to these 73 seats, 10 seats would be allotted to foreign nationals, the procedure for which would be notified later by the University.
Saumya Singh has topped the exam with 93.25 marks.
The cut-off for the first merit list is as follows:
- General (50 seats): 72.75
- Scheduled Caste (11 seats): 49.75
- Scheduled Tribe (5 seats): 50
- Persons with Disabilities (4 seats): 48.5
- Kashmiri Migrants (1 seat): 35.25
- Residents of Jammu and Kashmir (2 seats): 51.25
The candidates shortlisted for the first merit list will have to deposit the course fee by 17th June to secure admission.
