Functioning Of Rajasthan HC Suspended Till July 15; Interim Orders Extended [Read Notifications]

Earlier, functioning of the principal bench at Jodhpur was suspended for July 9 and July 10 (Friday). The period of suspension has now been extended as the infected person came in contact with a number of other court staff, and the process of taking samples is underway.

Through a notification issued today, it is intimated that "functioning of the Court and Office of the Rajasthan High Court Principal Seat, Jodhpur and Jaipur Bench, Jaipur has been suspended from 13.07.2020 to 15.07.2020."

The matters listed at the Principal Seat between July 9 and July 15 will be taken up between August 21 and August 28.

The matters listed at the Jaipur bench between July 13 and July 15 will be heard between August 25 and August 27.

Further, the High Court has decided that in all matters fixed between the said period, i.e., between July 9 to July 15 at the Principal Seat, Jodhpur and between July 13 to July 15 at Jaipur Bench, Jaipur-

"wherein interim orders are lapsing, they shall be deemed to have been extended till 24.07.2020."
