National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi is organising a two day National Seminar cum Workshop on Tribal Rights: Issues and Challenges in Jharkhand and invites participation in the event.

6. Development and Tribals in Jharkhand
7. Mining and Tribals rights
8. Displacement, resettlement and land acquisition
9. Justice to tribals under Forest Rights Act
10. Panchayat (Extension to the Scheduled Areas) Act, 1996, (PESA)

Formatting Guidelines

1. Entries should have a cover page containing the following:

(i)Full name & Designation

(ii)Institution/Organization/University & Professional/Educational details; and Email address & telephone number.

2. Entries should be submitted in MS Word doc. format with the following specifications:

1. Font Type : Times New Roman
2. Spacing : 1.5 inch spacing
3. Font Size: Title: 16 points. Subtitle: 14 points. Text: 12 points.
4. Citation Method: Uniform Citation Method
5. Word Limit: 3000

Submission Guidelines

• Abstract on any of the themes mentioned above in not more than 200 words can be sent to dr.shwetamohan312@gmail.com or priyavijay29@gmail.com on or before 6th May, 2015.
• Soft Copy of the full paper must be submitted to dr.shwetamohan312@gmail.com or priyavijay29@gmail.com  on or before 15th May, 2015.
• Co-authorship up to two authors is allowed.
