    The International Mediation Conclave (IMC) 2024, is a landmark event in the field of mediation, organised by Lex Erudites in association with the School of Law, Mahindra University and Grayspace Law & Policy Consulting scheduled to take place at Hyderabad from 8th to 11th August.

    The International Mediation Essay Competition is being held as part of the conclave aims to welcome all interested authors to submit their view on the same. The objective of the International Mediation Essay Competition is to promote awareness and understanding of the importance of mediation as a method of resolving conflicts. The Essay Competition intends to provide insights regarding the arena of mediation and to new trends in the global economy. By this competition we encourage the participants to research and write about mediation, the competition aims to foster interest in alternative dispute resolution process and highlight its benefits in promoting peaceful and effective conflict resolution

    Participants are invited to submit essays on the topics or related to the Theme below mentioned. Selected essays will be published in a book format by the School of Law, Mahindra University, and the winners will be awarded with cash prizes worth INR 100,000/-

    Theme: “Future of Mediation: Rise of Mediation as a Mainstream Dispute Resolution Mechanism; Evaluation and Effectiveness of Mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution."

    • Cultural Perspectives on Mediation in India
    • Mediation in IPR
    • Public Awareness and Acceptance of Mediation

    Eligibility: The competition is open to all individuals, not limited to law students. Entries are welcome from students, professionals, and enthusiasts of dispute resolution and mediation.
