Dharmashastra National Law University, located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, was founded in 2018 under the Madhya Pradesh Dharmashastra National Law University Act 24 of 2018. The primary aim of the university is to nurture and develop legal luminaries who can contribute significantly to the legal field. The university is dedicated to fostering an environment that facilitates both personal and professional growth. The University places a strong emphasis on value-based education, it strives to impart comprehensive knowledge and skills to its students.
ABOUT CENTRE
The Centre for Research in Environmental Law (CREL), a research centre established in 2019 at Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The Centre strives to promote outstanding research in Environmental Law. In lieu of this, CREL through its various initiatives, programs, and platforms provides an opportunity for all the legal and social science fraternity and environment enthusiasts to share their experiences and opinions on contemporary issues of Environmental concern.
ABOUT PARYARTH
"Paryarth '' covers all the substantial developments in the area of environmental law which includes the regulatory framework, recent judicial decisions, and developments in the national and international environmental legal regime. The creative section of the newsletter includes poems, posters, and research articles contributed by the students of DNLU. The aim and purpose of this newsletter is to share environmental information and to develop environmental consciousness.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- The word limit for the manuscripts is between 1000-1200 words.
- All submissions must be made in Times New Roman, with a heading size of 14, font size of 12, and Spacing of 1.5.
- Co-authorship of a maximum of 2 is permitted.
- The prescribed citation format is the Bluebook or Oscola format of citation.
- All the entries should be submitted in (.doc) or (.docx) format.
- The entries must be original, unpublished, and an outcome of the author(s) own efforts.
