    Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (M.P.) was established in the year 2018, by Madhya Pradesh Dharmashastra National Law University Act, 24 of 2018, with the object of advancing the cause of legal education and achieving excellence as a university for imparting value-based legal education to undergraduate as well as postgraduate students. DNLU is dedicated to providing high-quality legal education that prepares students to excel in the field of law and contribute to the legal profession and society at large. The university places a strong emphasis on research and scholarship. It actively supports faculty and student research initiatives, organizes seminars, conferences, and workshops, and encourages publications in reputed legal journals.

    The Centre for Constitutional Law was established in the year 2020, has been working to generate debate and discourse on various nuances about constitutional law. It has been an active participant in the University's ecosystem. The Centre for Constitutional Law is a student-run organization, which seeks to work towards sparking an interest in the legal fraternity about the crucialrole of constitutional law.

    The Center for Public Policy and Governance (CPPG) is a leading force in the field of public affairs, dedicated to fostering informed discussions and driving meaningful change. Founded with a strong commitment to promotinginformed dialogue, CPPG serves as a crucial link between academia, government, and civil society. Their primary goal is to delve into the complexities of modern governance and public policy, employing both scholarly rigor and practical relevance.

It is a crucial aspect of the document, serving as an introduction or preface that outlines the Constitution's objectives, declares its source of authority, provides a framework for interpretation, emphasizes unity and integrity, and serves as an inspirational document.     All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by experts in the field. Papers will be evaluated based on originality, relevance, clarity, and contribution to the understanding of the Preamble of the Indian Constitution.

    Publication Opportunities

    Selected papers will be considered for publication in an edited book published by university.
