JSA Advises Hindustan Platinum In Relation To Its Peurto Rico Acquisition

J. Sagar Associates (JSA) is advising Hindustan Platinum Private Limited ("HPPL") in relation to its acquisition of electrical contacts manufacturing plant in Puerto Rico from Industrial C&S of P.R. LLC, an affiliate of ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd ("ABB"). The acquisition will be completed as an asset purchase through a Peurto Rican affiliate of HPPL.

HPPL is a refiner and manufacturer of precious metal products and provides related services. HPPL has customers spread over 5 continents and 50 countries and this acquisition will further bolster HPPL's existing abilities to cater to the North American and Latin American markets.

Pietrantoni Méndez & Alvarez LLC is acting as the Puerto Rican counsel for HPPL.
