Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Groupe Renault (France) on restructuring its global alliance with Nissan Motor Corporation (Japan) in one the largest restructuring in the automobile sector in India.
The Firm represented Groupe Renault on rebalancing its global alliance with Nissan (Japan), by restructuring the shareholding and ownership interests in Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India Private Limited and Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Limited. This also involved realigning the licensing of certain high-value intellectual property between Renault and Nissan.
The transaction team was led by partner, Shinoj Koshy, and was ably assisted by associates Anshul Semwal, Radhika Malpani and Shreya Gajbhiye.
