• AAVNA Legal, Advocate & Solicitors, is a growing boutique law firm based in Delhi specializing in Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), Taxation (Direct), Money Laundering, Corporate and Civil matters.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidates having experience of 1-3 years in CIRP/liquidation proceedings under IBC shall be preferred for IBC Team. Previous work experience in an RP/Liquidators office is preferred.

• Candidates having experience of 1-3 years in Income Tax Litigation and Assessment/Re-Assessment proceedings shall be preferred for the taxation team.

• Candidates applying for the Corporate/Civil team should have decent drafting and legal research skills.
