About the Organization

Mr. Kumar is the Standing Counsel of a leading public institution in the High Court of Delhi and is also an AOR in the Supreme Court. He appears for various public and private corporations, colleges, university and private individuals. The office of Mr. Kumar consists of a niche litigation team that handles commercial, civil, constitutional, property and service litigation in the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court. Arbitration is also one of the core practice areas.

Number of Post: 02 (Two)

Location: Defence Colony, South Delhi, Delhi

Remuneration: Rs. 5.5 to 8.5 LPA

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate must have prior litigation experience of two to five years.

• The experience of the Applicant must be primarily in the civil litigation area.

• The Applicants should have good communication skills (both oral and written).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle high stakes commercial and other disputes.

• Capacity to handle big drafts and pleadings needed in heavy commercial and civil disputes including arbitration matters.

• Ability to think and make decisions independently.

• The Applicant will be given varied experience in drafting, client handling, researching and court appearances to develop her/ his skills.
