Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers possessing bachelor's degree in law from Recognized University; and holding:

(a) Analogues post on regular basis in the central Government or State Government of courts or Tribunals; or

(b)Post in Central Government or State Government or courts or Tribunals with five-year regular service in Pay Band - 3, Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade pay of Rs. 6600/-(as per 6^th CPC) i.e. level -11 in the pay Matrix (as per 7^th CPC).
