The National Company Law Tribunal has issued a circular dated 24.05.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench for NCLT Principal Bench (New Delhi) for the period of 01.06.2023 to 09.06.2023. The Special Bench shall attend to the matters listed before Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar (President) and Shri Avinash K Srivastava (Technical Member).The matters are to be heard in physical mode....
The National Company Law Tribunal has issued a circular dated 24.05.2023, intimating the constitution of Special Bench for NCLT Principal Bench (New Delhi) for the period of 01.06.2023 to 09.06.2023. The Special Bench shall attend to the matters listed before Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar (President) and Shri Avinash K Srivastava (Technical Member).
The matters are to be heard in physical mode.
The Special Bench shall comprise of:
NCLT Principal Bench (Court No. 1 New Delhi)
- Dr. P S N Prasad (Judicial Member)
- Shri Avinash K Srivastava (Technical Member)
It is to be noted that Dr. P S N Prasad (Judicial Member) shall first take up matters of Special Bench (Principal Bench) and then take up matters of his Division Bench listed before NCLT New Delhi Court No. IV as per convenience.
The Circular has been issued in partial modification of Order of even number dated 19.02.2022, and applicable between 01.06.2023 and 09.06.2023 only.
