Centre Notifies Appointment Of Justice Siddaiah Rachaiah As Permanent Judge Of Karnataka High Court

The Centre has notified the appointment of Justice Siddaiah Rachaiah, Additional Judge of Karnataka High Court as a Permanent Judge.

Last year, the Centre extended Justice Rachaiah's position as an additional judge of the High Court for one year. 

Justice Rachaiah took oath as Additional Judge of the High Court of Karnataka on 08.11.2021. Prior to this, he served as a High Court Government Pleader in the office of the Advocate General and also in office of State Public Prosecutor. 

He enrolled as an Advocate on 24th January, 1998 and practiced in different fields of law including criminal, civil, constitution, labour, co-operative matters and service matters.
