Call for Book Chapters on Patent Law and Contemporary Scenario; Submit by 30 June 2017

Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, Lawlex Organization invites chapters for its first book on Patent Law and Contemporary Scenario. The chapters may relate to either Indian Patent Law or may reflect the Patent Law followed in other countries including developing jurisprudence on Utility Model protection. Interested Professors, Researchers, Practitioners, and Students are invited to submit the Book Chapters. The chapter should be a comprehensive review of contemporary relevant legal issues mentioned above.

The book shall be published with ISBN.

All submitted chapters shall be double-blind peer reviewed by a panel of national as well as international experts on the subject. Only original work shall be accepted.

Submission Guidelines:

• Lastdate for submission of Chapter Proposal along with Author’s Profile is 30 April 2017.


• Chapter Proposal must not be more than 500 words. The author must justify what he is going to write on the mentioned subject and its relevance.


• Lastdate of submission of final manuscript is 30 June 2017. The word limit for the final submission is 7000-10000 words.


• All Submissions must be accompanied by a Covering letter stating the title of the paper, author’s full name,name of the institution and the author’s contact details.


• Submission must be in MS Word doc./.docx, Main text: Times New Roman, Font size 12, 1.5 spacing, Justified, with a margin of an inch on all sides.


• Footnote: Times New Roman, Font size 10.


• Both single authored and Co-authors (a maximum of two authors) entries will be accepted.
