SG: The Hon’ble CM comes and sits in dharna. So does the Law Minister. They are joined as parties before the HC. They say that they are showing solidarity. I have made detailed averments as to how they were in court premises.
SG reads out the submissions. He submits that a huge unruly crowd had gathered before the CBI office which restricted the movements of the officials. These movements seemed to be carefully orchestrated and engineered violence by the mob.
SG: Allow me to show undisputed facts. They vacated the order that was passed without considering the facts. This is the state of affairs. On May 17, the accused were arrested and they were to be presented at CBi Special Court.
