Judge says that during his days as an advocate, specific section of people would be charged under Section 395 of IPC. Today the same thing is happening with Nigerians for NDPS offences.

Adv Gorakh - Yes. They are too poor to finance.

According to the remand, Igwe is arrested following enquiries made with another alleged drug peddler in the case, Abdul Shaikh.

The NCB has claimed that Igwe has accepted being part of the Ecstacy trafficking network.
