ASG Anil Singh begins arguments for NCB.

ASG -Everyone argued as if we are opposing their right to claim bail. I am opposing the right to claim bail in this court.

Adv Kashiff seeks interim as well as regular bail.

Adv Kashiff is now submitting list of judgements (10 so far)

They have said I may abscond because I am from MP. (Reads a judgement)

"Bail is made out, considering the allegations against me. I have come to Maharashtra after years."

Adv Kashiff - They are alleging nexus against me. But they haven't even been able to show how I am connected to A1 and 2 (Aryan and Arbaaz), forget the others. 

Adv Kashiff says that even according to the prosecution, the alleged contraband of 5 gms was found on the floor and two other people Somiya and Baldev were also there with her (Munmun) at the time.

Why are they not arrested?, the counsel asks.

Sayed prays for bail with conditions.

Adv Ali Kashiff for Munmun Dhamecha begins arguing her bail application. 

Sayed - They may choose to say that the special court can try the offence.

But this court's role is not limited to remanding the accused. The court is supposed to analyse the evidence and the court has the power to even discharge me, if no evidence is found.

Court - Why aren't you challenging this in the High Court under Section 482 CrPC?

Sayed says that in High Court you have to mention grounds and then the prosecution has enough of time to fill up the loopholes.

Sayed - In the panchnama they have said "I am going to have a blast," with 6gms of Charas

Sayed says he has filed an application for CCTV footage and prosecution says it will prejudice to the ongoing investigation in reply.

"I am shooting my self in the foot if contraband is found. The court can ascertain the truth by a sentence in a reply."
