Centre Notifies Appointment Of Two Additional Judges To Allahabad High Court

The Centre has notified the appointment of two Additional Judges to the Allahabad High Court.

Advocates Saurabh Srivastava and Om Prakash Shukla have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Allahabad High Court, for a period of two years.

The notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice read as follows: 

"In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri (1) Saurabh Srivastava and (2) Om Prakash Shukla, to be Additional Judges of the Allahabad High Court, for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices."
