The 8th Edition of the S.K. Puri Memorial International Moot Court Competition—'Justified 2024', is being hosted by the Moot Court Society (MCS), Law Centre-II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. This event, which attracts budding torchbearers of the legal fraternity from top institutions around the world, is set to take place on November 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, 2024.
The S.K. Puri Memorial International Moot Court Competition is renowned for its excellence, welcoming participants from over 60 universities globally. Held under the esteemed guidance of Mr. Sachin Puri, Senior Advocate, in memory of his late father, Mr. S.K. Puri, a distinguished Senior Advocate, the competition upholds high standards in legal education and fosters a spirit of excellence in the legal community. The event allows participants to engage in intellectually stimulating legal scenarios, rigorous advocacy, and persuasive argumentation.
This year the competition focuses on Cyber Attacks, the Rome Statute, and immunities and privileges afforded to state executives. Participants will be able to tackle these challenging topics and showcase their legal skills before a panel of esteemed judges.
Eligibility:
· Participation is strictly restricted to bona fide law students enrolled in the three-year or five-year LL.B. or degree/course in any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
· Each College/University/Institution shall be allowed to register only one team for the competition.

Registration Process:
The teams are required to duly complete the registration process by 7th October 2024 (11:59 P.M.) by filling out the Google Form. Participants will not be permitted to make changes in the team composition after completion of the registration.
