DNLU Successfully Hosts National Moot Court Competition

The Moot Court Committee (MCC) of Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU)successfully hosted the highly anticipated three-day National Moot Court Competition, 2024. The competition, themed around Commercial and Constitutional Laws, featured rigorous rounds of memorial evaluations to select the top 20 teams for the oral arguments. Participants showcased outstanding legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills, fostering an environment of intellectual engagement and competitive spirit.

The Final Round and Valedictory Ceremony were presided by Justice Shri Pranay Verma, Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, and  Justice Ravi Shanker Jha, Former Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court. Their expertise and insights added significant value to the competition, inspiring participants and enriching the proceedings with their profound understanding of law and advocacy.




The finalists delivered compelling arguments, exemplifying their exceptional legal aptitude and advocacy prowess. Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, emerged as the winner of the competition, while the Army Institute of Law, Mohali, secured the runners-up position. The event underscored the importance of fostering critical thinking, effective articulation, and legal expertise among future legal professionals.
