Singhvi: it was said If stubble burning is 3-4% burning it need not be addressed. We want to say IT IS A CAUSE.

Singhvi: Mr Mehta’s Ministry, they’ve said it varies from 0-58%. Why? Because it may be 0 in November and more in March. Possibly what Mr Mehta did was take a 4-month average or 6-month average.

SG submits on the aspect of work from home for central govt employees: The government of India has issued an advisory for CG officers for pooling j#& sharing of vehicles to the maximum extent possible so that number of vehicles plying for commuting is reduced substantially.
