CJI: the affidavit has given us the breakup of the work on restrooms, dutyrooms and CCTVs, 90% work is done, RG Kar work is left
Dwivedi: at para 7 we have indicated that committee has been formed at various levels, emergency alarms also installed
CJI: have biometric facilities been installed?
Dwivedi: yes, that we will update by 31 October, will install at restrooms and other areas.

CJI: the meetings of the NTF should happened periodically, all sub groups should hold regular meetings, this exercise is to be completed in 3 weeks
CJI: 7880 hospitals submitted their responses....presently it is seen that the NTF has not made any substantial progress ...the SG admitted that no meeting happened since 9 Sept, we are of the view that Union must take proactive steps to ensure that work of the NTF is completed within a reasonable time period in future
