Suppose he writes something, to which i don't agree and he takes a position on a particular subject and I want to settle a score. Tomorrow I may choose to write an article which is nasty against him.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta: I will not confine of spectrum on electronic or print media. This is because both overlap in today's times. There are web channels for these news channels. I will illustrate how.
