When someone has announced in the previous, how can this happen. Nothing is known to us.

1. Act of the Governor in recommending in the President revoking the Rule smacks of bias, is malafide, contrary to all norms that have been established by this court from time to time.

How that happened, what are the facts that the Governor came to the conclusion. All this is shrouded in mystery.

What documents were given, nothing. On the face of it, it’s not just bizarre, it’s just that the Governor was really acting under direct instructions.Otherwise such things don’t happen here.

Then what happened was shocking in a democracy

At 5.15 in the morning, President’s Rule was revoked.

There was no Cabinet meeting

At 7, two people are sworn.

We are dealing with a post poll alliance. Several meetings went on till 22nd. Then a press conference was held at 7pm where it was held that SS, NCP and INC decided on a Common Minimum Programme and Uddhav Thackeray would be the CM.

I appear for Shiv Sena and my learned friend for the Congress and NCP. Total no. of LA - 288. 21/10/19 - Elections. Majority is 145. Declared on 24th.

Till 9th Nov, nothing really happened. On 9th, Governor called BJP to form government and they declined. Then 24 hours given to Shiv Sena and we wanted 3 days. That was declined.
