Justice Rastogi: The practical difficulties is for the Executive to keep in mind.
Justice Khanwilkar: The HC has not specified what are these practical difficulties.
Trivedi: The SC order had taken into account the practical difficulties. Despite that, they had not banned firecrackers completely.

Bhatnagar refers to 2018 SC judgement which set aside Telengana HC order banning use of all firecrackers.
Bhatnagar reading Calcutta HC order: "Keeping in view the practical realities, we find nothing to establish that there is any mechanism in place at present to ascertain whether the crackers being sold or burst/lighted are only green crackers, complying with the norms as set in place"
