Firecracker Ban Case : Supreme Court Adjourns Hearing Till 3 PM Today To Hear West Bengal Govt [LIVE UPDATES]
Bhatnagar reading from SC judgement: If air quality is moderate or better, green crackers may be permitted to be used.

Counsel for the petitioner: Despite the fact that there are 3 orders of SC regarding green crackers and 2 orders of the NGT, the Calcutta HC has banned green crackers.
