Another counsel submits that Consortium of South India Consumers have also intervened seeking implementation of the laws and they also must be heard by the Committee.

Adv MP Devnath submits that he is appearing for Confederation of All India Traders who demand the implementation of laws and they also should be heard before the Committee.

Rahul Mehra for Delhi Govt thanks the Court for suggesting a 'via media' for the problem. He submits that Centre is creating the stalemate.

Salve submits that the protesters should not feel that 'they have won this round' after the court order today & insist on repeal on laws. He says farmers should approach the committee with an open mind, understanding that the court passed the order without constitutional debate.
