Chaudhari: I have one preliminary objection. There are certain remarks made in the application as well as orally. This is a bail cancellation application. The law is settled. I am not on that. The issue is to what extent your lordships can entertained.

Chaudhari (for Kejriwal) : The order has already come. It was not available in the morning when they mentioned. Mr. Singhvi is just joining.
Meanwhile, the order passed by the trial court granting bail to Kejriwal has been uploaded. The order contains scathing observations against the ED. The court has gone to the extent of stating that the ED was acting with bias against Kejriwal and that no direct evidence regarding the "proceeds of crime" has been produced yet.
