Maneshinde - High Courts have been liberal in granting bail but the prosecution still continues to oppose bail.

Maneshinde reiterates that if the bar under Section 37 of the NDPS Act doesn't apply then, bail can be considered by this court.

Maneshinde - I am not claiming bail as a matter or right. I didn't claim it on the first day because I thought NCB officers would take a lenient view. I submitted myself to their custody. But there is no material (against me), even in messages.
