Counsel AM Chimalkar - 7 days is a reasonable time we take in all cases. Whatever my friend has said right now is a rosy picture..but we will show why his (Aryan Khan) custody is necessary. 

Desai- This boy is in custody for the last 7 days, now they want 7 more days.

I am asking for the bail application to be heard in the afternoon, maximum tomorrow.

It won't take much time, as far as I am concerned. Why should my liberty be kept so far as I am concerned?

Desai - The bail application was only rejected for lack of jurisdiction.

This application is for bail of a man where admittedly the punishment is maximum only one year.

Desai - It is an admitted fact that this person is not found in possession.

I am not arguing for bail, I am only arguing for a date.

Considering the peculiar facts of this case..he is probably the only person without recovery or any other material. 

Desai - It is true the NCB is doing a lot of investigation.

From last Saturday till now, my client (Aryan Khan) is in their custody. His statement was recorded only once on Sunday.

Maneshinde - I have served the NCB electronically and physically on Friday. 

Adv Satish Maneshinde - There are three applications for bail. Only one application is on record. Mr Desai is leading us in the matter. 

A Magistrate court had rejected Khan and his co-accused - Arbaaz Merchant's and Munmun Dhamecha's - bail applications on Friday. The court held the pleas were not maintainable.
