Singhvi: Your lordships acts on assuring evidence. Not principal evidence. Here the evidence is entirely on co accused and approver.

Singhvi: Not a comma fullstop of corroboration alleged. Forget proved.

Singhvi: Statement of Buchi Babu is completely hearsay. He is the only chap not arrested by ED. Arvind's statement is more astonishing.

You're having section 50 as the basis, you found nothing over years, you found nothing in the statements, you get two statements of these persons. This is a fixed match you're trying to play. 

Singhvi: I'm saying that this is reprehensible conduct by a supposedly fair prosecutor.

Singhvi: Is it not shameful? Out of 13 statements by this Reddy. He says nothing in 11 statements.

The judge will go by one statement? And all the other 11 are also section 50 statements. 

Singhvi: The prosecution is saying till you give a statement against Kejriwal, I'll keep on recording statements.

These statements are kept in unrelied. Why should the court not see it? Is it fair? What cannon of fairness are you carrying ED?

Singhvi: My argument is wrong, your conduct is horribly wrong.

Raju: I've one objection on concealment. The PC has not filed, when it's yet to be filed, where's the question of concealment. In a case where documents have not filed, whether relied or unrelied, where's the question of concealment?

Singhvi: This statement is contrary to his earlier statements. This person, the father, has now joined the alliance of the ruling party.

Singhvi: You're given an absolute bail hardly ten day later. This is making a joke of accused rights and fair play. His interim bail is made absolute and pardon happens. Then comes second man, Magunta's father. He makes the statement obviously to secure bail for his son.
